'My Portraits' now online

Hi
I have just placed a selection of portraits online at pandpenterprises. In the many years I have been photographing people I have found that the natural shot without staging works best for me. I like to capture portraits in natural sourrounds and have them so relaxed around the camera that they just forget it is there. It takes time to get to this point so I usually pick outdoor settings that have attractions to take the focus away from me and what I am trying to achieve. Public events like parades etc are a great source for candid shots. Have a look at the selection I have chosen and send some feedback. http://www.pandpenterprises.com/photo_gallery.htm

It is a really busy time for me currently with another first. My first Science fiction novel has hit Amazon Kindle and I'm a little nervous letting this one out. It has been a while in the making and I hope you will look kindly on it. http://www.amazon.com/Parasitic-Memorex-ebook/dp/B006G86Z0E/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1322737715&sr=8-1

'My Flowers' collection of greeting cards

Hi all

Today I finally managed the time to upload a number of greeting cards based on some of my blooms photographs. We are slowly getting our pages updated and additional products added to the range. Please have a look and give us some feedback. Even a thumbs up on Facebook lets us know we are heading in the right direction. http://www.pandpenterprises.com/greeting_cards_flowers_collection.htm

RSS feed updates

Every day I look at my new site and make some small tweeks etc. It is a learning curve and one I am happy to persue. RSS feeds for instance are a great way to keep visitors informed about 'what's happening' in the P and P space. I think I have found a way to easily update my feeds but wonder if out there in the 'cloud' there are people who might have other opinions on the method I have adopted to manage it and the other Social Media aspects of the site.

FeedForAll is my current method of administrating our RSS feed and it does a good job for this RSS newbie. My overarching Social Media content is handled by Hootsuite and this too seems to be a good fit for our needs. Hootsuite seems to be an answer for larger organisations as well but am not sure what the limitations are in real time and if there are other entrprise methods I should at least view.

If you are reading this and have suggestions please join in the conversation. If you are aware of people out there who currently work in social media you might like to attract their attention to see if they have some input that may be of value to me. Every piece of information will help. Peter E
